  14. Digital Clock displays the time and date, floating around your screen and
  15. bouncing off the edges.  It requires Warp 9 v3.80 or higher to function as
  16. a screensaver, but you can run it without Warp 9 in a special
  17. "demonstration mode" by renaming it to CLOCK.PRG and launching it just as
  18. you would any other program.  If you use CodeHead's HotWire program
  19. launching utility, there's no need to rename it; you can run Digital Clock
  20. as a program simply by clicking the "Running Man" icon and selecting
  21. CLOCK.EXT.

  23. Digital Clock is completely resolution-independent, and will work in all
  24. screen modes on ST, TT, or Falcon computers.

  27. Demonstration Mode

  30. When you run Digital Clock as a program (in other words, in demonstration
  31. mode) you can view it and play with its options for two minutes.

  33. When Digital Clock is loaded as a screensaver module by Warp 9, it
  34. normally saves configuration changes automatically when you exit by
  35. clicking the OK button.  However, when run in demonstration mode Digital
  36. Clock does not save your changes.

  39. Configuration Options
  40. ---------------------

  42.     TIME FONT:  Digital Clock allows you to choose from among four
  43.                 different typefaces; Dutch (Times), Swiss (Helvetica),
  44.                 Charter, or Vag Rounded.  These four buttons determine
  45.                 which font is used for the time.

  47.     DATE FONT:  These buttons determine which font is used for the date.
  48.  
  49.         SPEED:  You get two flavors here -- SLOW or FAST.
  50.  
  51.    DATE STYLE:  This setting determines whether the date is shown in "US"
  52.                 format (Month-Day-Year) or "European" format
  53.                 (Day-Month-Year).

  55.  SHOW SECONDS:  If this button is selected, Digital Clock shows the
  56.                 seconds ticking away (e.g. 12:15:27).  Deselect the
  57.                 button to show only the hour and minutes fields (e.g. 
  58.                 12:15).

  60.     SHOW DATE:  If this button is selected, Digital Clock shows the date
  61.                 as well as the time.  Deselect the button to show only the
  62.                 time.

  65. located in the upper right corner.  Click this button to see a page of
  66. information about the module.

  73. its configuration.  No other changes.

  80. correctly on systems without a built-in clock chip.

  86. Digital Clock 1.3 adds a bouncing date line, and fixes a bug that resulted
  87. in an incorrect display when used in two-color modes on a Falcon.

  90. renamed to something other than CLOCK.EXT.
